Jones Talmadge is a director, author, and coach. Having recently returned from China, where he performed and Artistic Coached for Cirque du Soleil’s “X Show”, he now runs the Artistic and Outreach departments for Not Man Apart, creating productions and establishing sustainable community arts programming for children and adults. He has has also toured internationally for five seasons with the acclaimed Diavolo / Architecture in Motion, a company specializing in acrobatic dance on large moving structures, he then became the Associate Artistic Director & Diavolo Institute Director until 2015. Jones received a double degree in theater and dance from the University of Washington in 2000, and has a rich career in acrobatic performance, high-octane dance, and choreography. Jones became one of the Founding Directors of Not Man Apart - Physical Theatre Ensemble in 2009, and has done movement direction and choreography on every major Not Man Apart production since.
